Deliveries for The Netherlands:
The following table shows when your order will be delivered.

If you are not at home by the first delivery attempt, PostNL will leave you a note in the letterbox with a "Not at home code”.
With this code you can create a follow-up appointment at https://mijnpakket.postnl.nl/. For this service you need to create an account with PostNL so you can schedule a second delivery. You can also choose to deliver your package to your neighbours.
If on second attempt nobody is at home, you can pick up your package the next day after 13:00 at the post office or PostNL service point. Please do not forget to bring your ID.
Deliveries for Belgium:
For UPS delivery, your order will be delivered within one working day to your designated address. Only valid if your order is placed before 7:30 pm.
If you are not at home, the shipment will be offered to one of your neighbours. UPS will leave a delivery note in your letterbox stating the address where your package has been offered.
Included in your package are the following:
- Return form
- Return label
Please keep these in a safe place as they will be needed for the possible return of your ordered items.
For orders under € 45,- Van Gils will charge an extra € 5,- for delivery.
For orders over € 45,- no delivery costs will be charged.
